   You ask for a time

   Tell us when suits you and which PSA you use. We reply by email to arrange the call.

2. 02

   A 45-minute call

   We go through your PSA with you: which lists and reports to export, the date range, and how the columns map to Headroom's. Most of the call is getting the files right.

3. 03

   Your first analysis

   You upload the files to your own workspace and run the analysis. We go through what it finds with you: the evidence behind each opportunity, how its value was calculated and how confident it is.

4. 04

   After the call

   The workspace and its findings are yours. Your first audit is free, with no card and no commitment to a paid plan.

To get the most from the call, have someone on it who can run reports in your PSA, and the signed agreements for two or three clients to hand.

• We never ask for your PSA login, admin access or an integration. You run the exports yourself.
• You upload the files to your own Headroom workspace, stored in the United Kingdom. Only its members can open it. Please don't email exports or client data to us.
• If you share your screen, we see what's on it during the call. Share only what you're comfortable with.
• After the call, the workspace and its data stay under your control. You can delete uploads, analyses or the whole workspace at any time in Settings.
• Headroom shows potential opportunities with their evidence. It never contacts, invoices or charges your clients. The software recommends. The MSP decides.
